Resurrecting a craving of mine....Lit/Adv partner search.

I'm looking for someone who can put out something in the ballpark of 500 words on average. That's a ballpark--so I understand that sometimes there isn't as much to say, and so there's less to write. You must be a literate, advanced writer who is willing to add something to the overall story. If you leave me to my own devices, I'll take the plot and run with it, but it's fun when the other person can input, too. Please have a complex character; I don't require a character sheet or anything, though for reference sake if you wanted to, I wouldn't be opposed to hearing a quick summation of what your character looks like. I know I'll likely be doing some of that. Post often--I work full time and then some, so I'm expecting like, every other day-ish. Let's keep it all PG-13--nothing super gratuitous--and to be honest, I'm not the hugest fan of romance, particularly with my idea I have. Sometimes it just happens and characters have chemistry, but I don't want it to be the focus and I don't want it to be super predetermined.

That said, here's my thought....I've had this in my head for a long time (really long time) and I've even played it here before. However, it's been some time since it fizzled out and, with some small modifications, I'd like to try again. In my description I'm, for simplicity's sake, going to say my charrie walks into a hotel, but honestly, it could be any public setting (bank/restaurant/library/medical clinic--whatever, up to you.)

A man enters a hotel and rents a room for the night, paying in cash. Though functional and mostly coherent, he appears to either be lightly drunk or extremely tired with a general lack of focus. He spends a night there, and upon awakening the next morning, he realizes he has no recollection of where or who he is.

If anyone's interested, let me know, and if you've got ideas, also let me know. Thanks for reading!
